We use your information to process and deliver orders, respond to your enquiries, send order updates, and — only if you subscribe — send wellness tips and product news. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Payments
Payment details are processed by our payment partners (such as M-Pesa) and are never stored in full on our servers. We only keep the records needed to confirm your order and meet legal accounting requirements.
4. Sharing your data
We share your delivery details with courier partners solely to deliver your order. We may disclose information where required by Kenyan law. Otherwise, your data stays with us.
5. Data security
Your account is protected with industry-standard encryption and row-level access controls on our database. Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it to serve you.
6. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at info@wellspringhealthhub.org and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage to remember your cart, region preference and session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
