1. About this platform
Wellspring Health Hub is an independent distributor of BF Suma products and a provider of general wellness education and curated opportunity listings. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Health information disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for educational and general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Products & pricing
We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Prices are shown in KES for Kenya and USD for international customers and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund orders affected by clear pricing errors.
4. Orders & delivery
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import requirements in your country.
5. Returns
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For safety reasons, opened or used health products cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us on WhatsApp to start a return.
6. Youth opportunities
Opportunity listings are curated in good faith from public sources. We are not the organiser of these programmes, do not guarantee outcomes, and are not responsible for third-party application processes. Always verify details on the official site before applying.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, design and branding belong to Wellspring Health Hub. BF Suma product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to describe genuine products we distribute.
